- Short & Long term goal setting
- Direct Communication with Trainer
- Personalized Workout sessions for individual's specific goals
- Weekly Weigh-ins, modifications
- Set Days & Time for Individual
Cost:
(10) Personal ONE-ON-ONE Sessions $65/session (Paid in Full before first session begins.)
(30) Personal ONE-ON-ONE Sessions $55/session (Paid in full in order to receive discounted rate)
*Rescheduling will be discretion of Coach. If you are unable to make your dedicated time you forfeit this class and there will not be a makeup.
SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING
Semi-Private Personal Training Sessions (2-4 People)
Includes:

- Short & Long term goal setting
- Direct Communication with Trainer
- Personalized Workout sessions for individuals specific goals
- Weekly Weigh-ins, modifications
- Set Days & Times for Semi-Private Group
Cost:
(2-5) Individuals
(10) Semi-Private Personal Training Sessions
$169/month (per individual) (3 month commitment required)
