Memberships cannot be frozen or put on hold for any reason except for injury that would enable you to participate in gym activity without modifications, and would require a doctor note stating that injury.   All other reasons to cancel will need to follow the 30 day cancellation notice below.  

Contract Agreement (SUBMITTING PAYMENT TO BECOME A MEMBER, SHOWS YOU UNDERSTAND AND ACCEPT THE CANCEL POLICY)

To terminate membership agreement, you are required to tender a written notice requesting termination to 210 East Glenn, Bellville, Texas  77418 or e-mail to CGFSfitness@gmail.com. Once we have received and confirmed your request, the membership will be terminated in 30 days within 24 hours of the confirmation of your request. You, the Buyer, may cancel the agreement at any time prior to midnight of the third business day of the Gym after the date of this agreement, excluding Sundays and Holidays. To cancel this agreement within three business days of its execution, Buyer must tender a signed written notice to CGFS specifying the election to cancel. Such written notice must be sent by e-mail to CGFSfitness@gmail.com. Auto Pay cancellation notice must be received at least 30 days in advance of your billing cycle (example: if you are scheduled to be charged February 1st and you want to cancel for the month of February, you must submit your cancellation form by January 1st.
